What kind of ID do I need when signing up for WireBarley Vietnam?

Identity verification is carried out in accordance with Vietnam's Foreign Exchange Transactions and Anti-Money Laundering Act.

The following form of ID are accepted.

● Passport:

Please take a photo that includes the page with your signature. (Only passports are accepted for non-Vietnamese nationals.)

● Vietnamese ID Card (CCCD/CC):

Please upload clear photos of both the front and back of your ID card.

● Selfie:

After uploading your ID, we would need a photo of your face to match with the ID card.

※Please note:

● Be mindful of light reflections when taking photos. It's best to shoot in a slightly dim environment to reduce glare.

● If the information on your ID is unclear or illegible then verification may be denied.

● Uploading a screenshot or a photocopy of the ID is not accepted.

● When taking a selfie, remove any hats, sunglasses, or masks, and align your face within the on-screen guide then the photo will be taken automatically.
